Micro Soccer
This five week program for boys and girls (05U/06U), is an introduction to the sport of soccer with emphasis on fun and building individual skills. The program uses a documented curriculum. The Facilitators (coaches) are volunteer parents. Facilitator training is offered in the fall.  The curriculum is designed to help children experience the fun of playing soccer using small-sided soccer games and developmental appropriate soccer activities. There are no set teams or coaches.  Sessions follow specific activity plans each week.  While they are having fun with the planned activities, the young soccer players will unknowingly develop the soccer skills needed at an older age. Sessions are offered in the fall, winter, and spring.

We ask for active participation of all parents in our programs. Volunteers are needed to help facilitate. When registering online, please indicate your willingness to help.
All players will receive a complete soccer uniform for use during entire season January through December.  Uniform pick up times TBA.

All players are required to wear shin guards, bring an INFLATED soccer ball (size 3) and water bottle. Cleats are recommended over sneakers to help with traction.  Outdoor cleats are not allowed on the indoor turf. The club does not accept team requests.

(Dates, times, and locations are subject to change.)

All volunteers/coaches will be submitted to NYSWYSA for a Risk Management background check.

Lakefront SC is not responsible for cancellations due to Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control.
