Players new to the Premier or Travel Program are required to order uniform kits.

Bridge and Premier player kits are $230.00 and include a home and away jersey, a pair of shorts, a pair of socks, a warm-up jacket, and warm-up pant.

Travel player kits are $120.00 and includes a home and away jersey, a pair of shorts, and a pair of socks.  Warm up items are optional.

Return players can also order any additional items they may have grown out of (or will grow out of by spring).

Embroidery can be added to the warm-up jacket and pant for an additional fee.  Please see page two of the order form.

Jersey numbers cannot be requested.  If existing players order new jerseys, their number will stay the same. 

Please refer to the sizing charts that were provided from the vendor.  Please complete the appropriate order form, sign, and mail to the office with a check made out to Lakefront Soccer Club in the appropriate amount.  Please mail to ‘Lakefront Soccer Club 865 Publishers Parkway Webster, NY  14580’.
